Our Mission StatementEvery day around the world we see dog refuge centres and council dog pounds take in dogs who either need re-homing or needing to be put down. These dogs have either been neglected, abandoned, abused and ill-treated. Environmental factors and mistreatment can be the main cause of bad and/or aggressive behaviour in dogs which then results in people no longer being able to cope with their animals. The dogs are then palmed off to the rescue shelters. These situations occur daily and for a variety of reasons (or excuses).This website has a mission to providing the information you will require in order to make an informed decision as to whether dog ownership will suit your lifestyle, and to give you an idea of the responsibility required when you take on a dog.Think before you act!
